  • Processing Time:

     Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Methods:

     We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Free Shipping:

     We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply based on your location and selected shipping method. Whether that is free "economy" or "standard" shipping depends on the weight of the order. Generally, under 1 US pound will ship USPS Ground Advantage and if the weight of the order is over 1 pound, it will ship Priority Mail. There could be exceptions.

  • Shipping Destinations:

     We currently ship to United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom.

  • Order Tracking:

     Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

  • Shipping Delays:

     Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed.

  • International Shipping:

     Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
