L/XL !Scratch and Dent Special! Alien Eyes Ices Dye Tie Dye w/ Some UV Reactive Accents on a LAT V-Neck Cover Up Dress that was ice dyed with Procion dyes (This piece was dyed, in part, using the only dye that is both UV Reactive and Fiber Reactive. Remazol Luminous Yellow FL AKA Psychedelic Sunshine. A Vinyl Sulfone reactive dye. Great effects in blacklight!) A healthy amount of soda ash was placed on top of the ice, so that the dye would find its place prior to the soda ash activating it. Similar to the Pariah Method. More concentrated soda ash/water mixture was also applied after all of the ice melted (Pariah style). This one has a glow in the dark HTV Dave's Dyes ambigram logo ironed on to the bottom hem. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Wash with like colors in cold water for first few washes.
Scratch and Dent, as is: !This one was a bummer. I noticed a couple holes (one very tiny, the other maybe a centimeter) on the back of this as I was ironing it. I think one of the hemostats grabbed on and tore it, even though I have heat shrink tubing over the hemostats to prevent that. I patched the holes from the inside with fusible bonding web and fabric stabilizer. Unfortunately, it's still a noticeable patch if you're looking for it. See photos. Still came out really good. Priced down for the patched holes.
