The Procion Dyes were applied to the tied-up hoodie and then a strong soda ash solution was applied after the dye was applied. It was then "batched" as normal for 48 hours before washout. This one has a glow in the dark HTV Dave's Dyes ambigram logo ironed on to the front of the hood section. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Wash with like colors in cold water for first few washes.
This piece of tie dye artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity, printed on quality parchment paper for certificates, by default from Dave's Dyes. From now on (starting 5/11/25), any newly created item priced at $150 or greater, will include a certificate of authenticity which will have information about the work, a photograph (at least one) of the piece and will have a unique identifier that will be written somewhere on the art with archival quality ink and will match the identifier on the certificate. Both will also include the artist's signature. (Written on the inside back of the bottom elastic section.) Certificates of Authenticity are also available for work done prior and for items marked at lower than $150, upon request. I’ll try to make it an option on my stores. Below are the advertised measurements has for this 2X Zipper hoodie. Check the measurements carefully. Some shrinking and/or minor stretching may occur during the dyeing process. I would recommend sizing up when you purchase hoodies, especially if you'll be wearing over other clothes. Feel free to message me if you'd like me to re-check any measurements.
